Roslyn's culinary staff is pleased to provide healthy, delicious meals in Roslyn’s beautiful Dining Hall. Groups are seated collectively with most meals served buffet-style. Catering trays and reception services are available.

Menu Options

 

Breakfast (Served at 8 am)

Breakfast Entrees are typically served with fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, hot/cold cereals, toast and bagels (gluten-free available) with assorted toppings, and a make-your-own waffle bar.

Lunch (Served at 12:30 pm)

Lunch Entrees are served with a homemade soup of the day, fresh salad bar, home baked bread, assorted beverages, and delicious desserts.

Dinner
(served at 6 pm Daily, 6:30 on Friday)

Dinner Entrees are accompanied by homemade soup of the day, salad, bread or rolls, and delicious desserts.

Refreshments

Daily refreshment breaks featuring signature sweets are provided daily at 2:00 p.m. for all groups.

Additional Services

A selection of catering trays and reception services (see Refreshments & Equipment Order Form) may be ordered for your event. Select from assorted breakfast sweets, imported cheese, fresh fruit and vegetable trays, baked brie with fruit garnish, or a salty snack. Bottled water and wine set-ups are also available.
